1. General Provisions

The purchaser of services (hereinafter "Customer") recognizes that ordering services (including ski coaching, snowboard instruction, and winter experiences) via the website or other booking channels shall give rise to rights and obligations exclusively between:

Verein Ski e Lat (trading as Trais Fluors)

(hereinafter "Organizer")

and the Customer.

These General Terms and Conditions ("T&C") form the basis for the use of the Organizer’s website.

By ticking the checkbox: «I have read and accept the T&C», the Customer declares their acceptance of and adherence to the T&C.

2. Provisions of the Organizer, Validity, and Cancellation

The provisions of the Organizer (including safety requirements, age restrictions, and adherence to instructor guidelines) must be adhered to at all times.

2.1 Booking Usage

Any misuse of the booking confirmations is prohibited. The Customer must ensure that the booking confirmation is protected against misuse (e.g., wrongful copying, modification, or printing by unauthorized persons). Any provided QR code and/or barcode must be machine-readable.

2.2 Cancellation and Refund Policy

While bookings are generally binding, the Organizer applies the following cancellation terms for its coaching sessions and programs:

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled start time are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled start time are non-refundable.
  • If a session or activity is cancelled by the Organizer due to extreme weather conditions or lift closures, the Customer will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule.

2.3 Postponement

If sessions are postponed by mutual agreement, the booking is automatically valid for the new date.

3. Personal Data

The Customer acknowledges and agrees that the Organizer and its suppliers may obtain knowledge of personal data as part of their provision and maintenance of the system and the provision of services. These personal data are, to the extent relevant for the activity, used for booking management and access control.

The Organizer shall be permitted to continue using the personal data for their own purposes in compliance with all applicable regulations.

The Organizer commits to only continue to use the personal data, or forward them to third parties besides the Organizer, following the express consent of the Customer in accordance with all legal provisions.

4. Disclaimer of Liability

The Organizer shall not be held liable for damages arising from the use of the Organizer’s website in the case of errors, interruptions, or overloads of the IT systems on the part of the Organizer, its suppliers, or the user. The Organizer does not accept any liability for misuse and unlawful interference in the system.

Participation in ski and snowboard activities involves inherent risks. While the Organizer provides certified professionals, the Customer participates in all activities at their own risk.

5. Final Provisions

The Organizer reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without stating reasons. Such changes do not apply to orders that have already been placed at that point in time.

Should one provision of these Terms and Conditions be or become void, the validity of the remaining agreement shall not be affected thereby.
